All screens, graphics, content shall be owned solely by Bundu Expeditions and may not be modified, copied, duplicated, stored , displayed or published without the express permission of the owner.

While underlying software and source code will be owned and may be re-used, distributed, and modified by Dumel Systems cc, Bundu Expeditions will receive a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free transferable license to the same. This license is a single-user license and limits the use of underlying software and source code to a single instance hosted on a single server. Upon transfer of this license, the same restrictions as stated above will apply to the new owner.
